THE AMBASSADOR NETWORK
A decentralized movement of Christian leaders
The Ezra Ambassador Network supports Christian leaders committed to advancing biblical cultural reformation in their vocations — equipping them not just to receive teaching, but to act on it across law, politics, the arts, education, business, and the church.
Ambassadors share our vision through prayer, participation, and provision.
Each Ambassador commits to advance the mission of seeing Christ proclaimed, churches strengthened, and culture transformed — not as a subscriber, but as a commissioned leader.
Prayer
Commit to praying for one another and for the cultural issues arising in each Ambassador’s vocation, community, and region.
Participation
Join monthly online training meetings with Ezra staff and fellows, plus the Ezra Annual Conference each year in person.
Provision
Through financial partnership, help Ezra expand the reach of cultural analysis, biblical application, and intensive discipleship.
What you commit. What you receive.

Healthy ambassador networks operate through three core disciplines — the work of the Ezra team is to ensure ambassadors move through all three.
01
Connect
Ambassadors feel rooted in the mission and connected to other leaders.
- • Ezra team recruiting & onboarding
- • Monthly meeting planning & scheduling
- • Private hub group chats
02
Be Equipped
Tools and training to advance the mission with confidence.
- • Monthly hub meetings + cultural briefings
- • Books, media, and discussion guides
- • Bi-annual Ezra Conference + Vocational Colloquium
03
Activate
Ambassadors actively advance the mission in their context.
- • Identify a cultural issue to address
- • Plan a training session or event
- • Implement reformational initiatives
- • Invite other leaders to join
The leaders who will guide each hub.
Each hub is led by an Ezra Staff Moderator and supported by Ezra Fellows and trusted friends with deep experience in the field.

Building a global movement, region by region.
Our 2026 goal is to establish eleven new regional hubs across three countries — each anchored by Ambassadors raising up local conferences and discipleship initiatives.

The culmination of the monthly rhythm.
Ambassadors gather in person once a year for the Ezra Annual Conference — a broad-subject gathering with vocational break-out workshops, where the rhythm of the year is renewed and the work of the year ahead is launched.
