The Ezra Institute exists to demonstrate and proclaim the truth, beauty, and freedom of the gospel of the Lordship of Jesus Christ. The generous support of donors enables us to provide access to our material free of charge. We encourage the sharing of Ezra Institute material, subject to the terms of this Copyright Policy.

Cancellations
The Ezra Institute reserves the right to cancel any event up to 3 months prior to the start date. In this instance, registrants will be promptly notified and registration costs fully refunded.
All cancellation and refund requests must be made to the Ezra Institute office at 423.287.5656 or by emailing admin@ezrainstitute.com.
For multi-day training and conference events (e.g. Worldview Youth Academy):
Refund requests received at least 3 months prior to the start of the event will be honored in full, minus any non-refundable deposits paid, plus a $25 cancellation processing fee. Refunds received up to 2 months prior will receive a 50% refund exclusive of non-refundable deposits paid and a $25 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be granted within one month prior to the event; however, all registrations are transferrable within 2 weeks of the event to another approved candidate free of charge and upon submission and acceptance of the necessary application paperwork.
For single-day conferences (e.g. Mission of God Conference):
Refund requests received at least 1 month prior to the start of the event will be honored in full, minus a $10 cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted within one month prior to the event; however, all registrations are transferrable anytime. To transfer, simply call our office at 423.287.5656 or email admin@ezrainstitute.com to request a transfer and to provide the new attendee’s name.
Group Ticket Cancellations (as applicable):
There are no refunds for group registrations, but group member registrations can be transferred if a member of the group is not able to attend. Take the confirmation letter to the registration desk at the conference, and volunteers there will print a name badge for the transferred group member.
