At the center of the COVID crisis is a worldview conflict, and it is this conflict that has birthed the contentious vaccine mandate and effectively divided the church, as well as our country, culture, workplaces, social circles, and even families.

By criminalizing Christian witness of the gospel in the important sphere of sexuality and gender identity, the amendment to Canadian law by Bill C4 harm numerous vulnerable groups that it purports to defend.

In the first installment of this series, we saw that biblical sexuality is lived and defined in terms of creative, covenantal, sacrificial and sacred characteristics. Here I hope to demonstrate how the pagan worldview of the LBGT movement promotes precisely the opposite.  

Since the pandemonium part of the pandemic has passed, a debrief seems timely. There’s opportunity for some introspection, and a dire need to learn from the mistakes made and to bolster ourselves for a better response next time.

The ambition of this article is to critique the common arguments used to promote doctor-assisted suicide in light of the Gospel of Christ, and emphasize the importance of having a separate two-pronged response to this issue: one to challenge those who advocate for euthanasia; and one to gently come alongside those who are considering such an option for themselves.
